About the Program
Al Ansar Arabic College is an Arabic College and an institution of higher Islamic learning, functioning in the traditional madrasa system of South India. The college is dedicated to the study of Arabic language, Islamic sciences, and religious scholarship, following the Sunni–Shafi‘i tradition. It aims to produce well-trained scholars capable of guiding the community through sound religious knowledge and moral leadership.The institution follows a structured syllabus based on the classical Islamic curriculum, including Qur’an, Hadith, Fiqh, Usul al-Fiqh, Arabic grammar, and literature, while also giving importance to contemporary awareness. The academic system reflects the long-standing scholarly traditions of Kerala.Some of the students from this college pursue advanced studies at Jamia Nooriyya Arabiyya, Pattikkad, one of the premier Sunni–Shafi‘i institutions in Kerala, thereby continuing higher religious education under renowned scholars.
